Consultation & Research

When you share your idea with us, we work together to sketch out the direction of the product including product specifications and requirements. The viability of the idea is also scrutinized to ensure its feasibility.

Concept Development

Base on the specifications agreed upon in the previous phase, we start creating engineering model, analyzing the viability of the structure, selecting most suitable and more economic materials and process and estimating early cost.

Once the preliminary design is determined, we detail the design for minimum manufacturing cost. Any changes requested by you at the previous phase would be incorporated and the engineering drawings and the manufacturing quote are provided as well.

Engineering Prototyping

This is the build phase which parts are ordered, received and assembled. Detecting and overcoming bugs happen here as well. Our R&D team may develop and test one or more physical versions of product concept. At the end of this stage, a prototype is delivered to you.

Tooling, Mass Production & Assembling

Once the product is developed, it needs to undergo tests to make sure they perform safely and effectively. After rectification if any, tooling and mass production would be arranged in order to launch the new product.

Shipping

We will help you to deliver and load the goods to the destinated port and on board a shipping vessel.
